To give you the best delivery service we send our goods only with DHL. After leaving Germany it change to your local post service, like for example USPS in the United Staats. The delivery time takes between 7 and 14 business-day's. Your package is insured and we guaranty for the delivery to your home. Recorded deliveries can also be tracked to a certain extent through the DHL website at http://www.DHL.de. After 3 business-day's we send you the tracking number for your local post service (like USPS tracking number for USA).

Deliveries outside of Germany are only possible with prepayment.

Please be patient with the delivery if you´re order our products from the USA. The delivery to usa can take up to 6 weeks and the request can´t be tracked like with DHL. We have no chance to track the packed after leaving germany. We try to solve this problem but unfotunately we can´t do much right now to change that.

For shipments outside of Germany  in the recipient country may incur other charges such as
VAT, import duty costs, account management or risk charges.

Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must

If you would like to return your items for any reason at all, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.
